My friends! I'm very excited to let you know about my workshop with the Magnolia Network. I created a handful of chapters leading you through easy landscape design upgrades you can do on your own in your outdoor space. It was a blast to work with Magnolia, Discovery, and Riverside and I really hope it helps you get a better sense for how you can make the most of your yard.
If you'll allow me to wax poetic for a moment...Magnolia brought all of the network storytellers down to Waco for Spring at the Silos a couple weekends ago. When we landed in Texas, a memory popped up in my phone that I had started at a nursery in Los Angeles on that day, seven years earlier. It was there I discovered my deep love for plant design, and I was fortunate to be taught by an incredible designer, Greg Salmeri. But I don't know that I could have ever predicted that in seven short years, I'd have my own plant design company, and my work would have captured the attention of Chip and Joanna Gaines.
I'm grateful for this opportunity. If it ends here, I'm grateful. If it leads to something more, I'm grateful. And if these workshops help you get outside and build a space you want to spend time in, then I will lay down on the floor and cry tears of joy. BECAUSE I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOUR OUTDOORS.
